This is how I led my life before I embarked on the journey of really knowing me , I was like a leaf blown in the wind.
It was after having the courage to look at myself and re learn and take charge of my choices and actions in life. This newly gained understanding of my self changed the direction of my life. I decided to re train as an Integrative Therapist .,Why did I do this , because my passion was to enable others and share the understanding of knowing their true potential and who they really are as individuals
